Excellent food, and excellent service. Always brought to the table hot. Drinks are excellent also!! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Mexican Cuisine. We have tried all the combination meals, as well as individual items, and they are all consistent.

I will never go to this Ixtapa location again. Whenever I go to the East chase location I have no problem showing my ID to prove I'm 21. The waiter at this location questioned my age took it to the manager then refused to give me a drink because they THOUGHT my ID was a fake. Also the shrimp nachos are horrible here as well.

While the food here is good, they are stingy with the salsa. The bowl is too small to dip your chip in and they won't refill unless you ask for it repeatedly. The price for the small margarita is ridiculously high unless it was top shelf and I am sure that is not the case. The site on Atl. Highway used to be my fave but I think I will move on.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The customer service was AWFUL. I could not believe how terribly management handled our very simple situation. There was a problem with one of our dishes, so we simply asked to have it replaced with the exact same thing. My guest had only taken one bite from the meal. The manager called us cheap, refused to replace the dish, and told us to NEVER come back. Furthermore, he had the audacity to stand over our table and watch us until we left. The entire ordeal was rude and embarrassing. As a former server, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and common courtesy. I will be reporting Ixtapa in Eastchase to the BBB as soon as I finish this post.

This is your Mexican restaurant! Food is best in town and reasonable. Service is always cordial. They have a wide range of payment options.
