Terrible !!!

I had the heel repaired to a boot. They glued the heel instead of putting nails in it so one wear after the repair the boot came apart again. I took it back to happy feet for them to honor their repair and they refused. They were arguing with me and being very ugly. These owners truly are lacking customer service skills and skills period.

Before I buy a new pair if shoes or boots, I always have Happy Feet fix my shoes. They always look as good as new. I also get my jewelry repaired at Happy Feet and New Watch Batteries. Before you buy new shoes , give Happy Feet a chance to make your shoes look like new. !
