Phillip loves coming here. These folks are professional and friendly. If you call ahead, they'll even let you know when may be the best time to bring in your pet. Phillip comes away happy as well as clean. He even FEELS clean. My dog is a regular.

Julie thought it was well within her rights to lie to me about being my dog's groomer when she wasn't, to charge me $40 for her time, when he came home a quarter of the way groomed and then to insult me when I complained about it. What a shame businesses don't believe in customer service or being polite anymore.

Excellent service, homey atmosphere, great price, but groomer smokes and animal smells like cigarettes when you pick up. Otherwise - great cut and excellent excellent grooming. They specialize in poodles.
