I am new to the area and was recently referred to Garbo's as a great place to get my hair done. When I saw the reviews, I was a little apprehensive, but I am so glad I decided to give them a try!! They have barbers and stylists, so my husband, kids, and myself were able to get our hair cut on the same day! And they didn't charge us an arm and a leg either. The location is convenient as well, located in the Sturbridge Shopping Center. The best part for my kids was after their haircuts, they got to walk down to Nancy's Italian Ice for a treat! Great incentive, if you ask me! Thanks, Garbo's, for taking care of us! We are so glad we found you!

Garbo's Hair Salon is a nice, laid back place. I like to go get my hair done there because the people are friendly and have a sense of humor. They do a great job with color and foiling and I always get a great cut, which is very important to me. The prices are reasonable, compared to the salons in the surrounding area. They always take walk-ins and are always available when I call the day prior or sometimes even the day of. I've been to Morgan, Shanna and Bonnie and they have all done a fabulous job!!!

Dont go there. They do not listen to what you want dont and if they suggest something you dont like they will do it anyways. I went in there for just a trim, to get a half of a inch off and when i came out they had cut off three

Not impressed with anything they have to offer which is not much!!! I didn't get what I wanted and payed more than should have. A dollar would have been ok and it should have gone to the girl that gave me a shmpoo. Oh! One other girl actually smiled in my direction. It was the pits!

"Been there done that," Not impressed with the decor of the place to start with. I sat in the waiting area waiting on the stylist to come talk about my hair and she told me to come on back. So I did and she asked me if I needed a shampoo. I told her I just wanted a cut. She went to cutting and then asked how much did I want to cut. I then had to tell her that I wanted to talk about a certain style I had in mind. She sounded like she was in a hurry and it seemed she had other stuff going on. I did not like being rushed like that. I wanted to enjoy getting the cut as well as the cut itself! She could have shown some kind of better personality to someone that is giving her bussiness, unless she has all the bussiness she needs. She was an older lady and probaly has been in the bizz so long that she is just bored or uninspired to service new clients. I wasn't impressed with anything the salon had to offer! It was also one of the filthiest salons I had ever been in
