I came in for extreme heel pain. Dr. Brown was very helpful and gave me great options to help with my heel pain. Dr. Brown and her staff are very nice and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Brown to anyone with any foot problems!

I never encountered a medical interaction like the one I experienced in this office. I wanted to leave when I entered the building. The reception area wasn't kept, (that should have been my initial red flag) it was dirty, unorganized and uninviting. You are required to give medical history prior to meeting with doctor. I literally spent 2 hours and paid a $50.00 co-payment for the doctor to educate me on health concerns I identified having and have received treatment for over 8 years (and the educational resource she offered was a poorly duplicated copy of a pamphlet). It was all about the sale of overpriced products. What happened to treatment, what happened to doctors engaging with the patient.....doctors no longer are guided by their oath. It’s all about appeasing the insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies.....Lastly, I went to pick up prescription…prescription never made it to pharmacy…I ended up at the urgent care…where I received relief from pain and follow up care

Dr. Brown is great ! I was seen promptly and the procedure I had was done quickly and painlessly. She explained everything throughly and always had a smile on her face . I highly recommend Dr. Theresa Brown !!!!

This woman is the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. She spent very little time with me and the few times she talked was condescending. Her goal seems to be to sell patients the most expensive, unneede, orthotic devices on the planet and bug the hell out of you until pick up the unneeded device from her office. I fell for the scam. My foot healed on its own. Please learn from my experience so that no one else get scammed.

Very poor service

I went to see this doctor. She wouldn't even touch my feet. She sends in an asset to tell u what she want you to kbow.she won't even talk to you.she is very unprofessional. I will never go back again.i have atop others and will continue.she didn't treat me.
