Late, shows up with wrong parts, returns again with wrong parts on two additional occasions, alcohol on breath and uncomfortable use of our restroom on more than one visit. States will return a fourth time at 9am and does not. Owner calls same day at 3pm stating technician will arrive in 30 minutes or we will have to wait until the next day due to his unwillingness to pay overtime. When asking owner about wrong parts sent on multiple times, owner states it's not his fault and I'm lucky he's not charging ME for multiple trips to the house. In addition to all of this, the AC is still making noise and we will have to call someone else to repair. Do not trust this company.

We were having problems with our sump pump. Called other plumbers and they wouldn't even look at it cause it's above ground. I called edwards and Ross came out and was very honest with us. Will call them again if I have any more provlems.

Another old time company I recently had service my a/c when water started backing up in the drain pipe. Mr. Crysel was good to work with and the price was very reasonable. There are so many jack legs around Montgomery now, it's hard to figure out who to call; seems like every guy with a pick-up truck calls himself a "business". That's why I call people I know have been around that I can find if there's a problem.

Our A/C stopped working, we called early Sunday morning. The tech was friendly, timely and was able to replace the part needed and get our A/C running in just a few minutes. While I did not compare prices, I was very happy with the price, especially on a Sunday, I believe it was $20 extra, well worth it! We will definitely call them again.
