I’ve had many aesthetic procedures and some dermatological. Everyone from Dr. Love on down is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Diagnoses are always accurate and solutions work. I highly recommend River Region Dermatology and all its services!

I actually did not see Dr Love, I saw the nurse practitioner. But she was an absolute delight. She listened to my concerns, very attentive…I loved her! I too work in healthcare so I pay close attention to customer service. But from check in to the assistant that brought me back, I have no complaints. And the office is beautiful!

Listen to my comments and with each comment came back with a professional diagnosis that I understood. LOVE IT!!

Dr. Love explains her diagnosis and the treatment. She’s open to answer questions and shows care and compassion. I recommend her to all my friends and colleagues.

I will say this Google reviews have helped me on many occasions to decide where I take my business but at times the reviews can cause you to have a tainted perception before you even walk in the door.

I was very leery upon my arrival due to posted reviews however I will say I’m glad I gave Dr. Love & her staff a chance.

There will be a wait; they have a notice posted on the reception counter explaining this. It wasn’t too bad I arrived at 1:45 was called back at 2:40 and was out of there at 3:36 including labs.

The receptionist,medical assistant and lab tech were ALL very pleasant, respectful and just genuinely kind!

Dr Love was super sweet; not standoffish I think her personality may be slightly introverted and some may take it as standoffish who doesn’t know introverts but I assure you she’s not! I had skin cancer that was squamous cell carcinoma .She referred me ,got that problem taken care of. SHE is now taking care of my skin issues.

Kimberlin is perfect for the photo therapy experience. She has both the personality and ability to make you both confident and comfortable about the intimidating machine you are about to enter.

Love the experience with nurse practitioner Brittany Boylan. She is thorough and very compassionate. She is taking her time researching further options for my rare condition. The office staff is very courteous and accommodating.

I am not contagious but Dr Love doesn't touch me which bothered me at first.

Dr. Love and her staff are very professional, patient, and competent about skin care. I initially went in to see Dr. Love for an issue previously by another dermatologist,but was unable to receive an accurate diagnosis. I visited Dr. Love's office and was diagnosed and treated immediately. The issues was corrected within no time. I signed up for the VIP membership program(great deal) and receive chemical peels and silk peels frequently to maintain the flawless complexion and even skin tone. Rachel and Dr. Love keep me looking beautiful.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Love and her team. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the facial products and how to used them. My face has had a complete turn around since March to December. My facial dark spots and acne has clear up a lot with no extra breakouts. I thank them a lot, again. I finally have face clear back like it used to be. Great Job!
