Provided by YP.comI visited Don Duncan's shop after calling in to make sure they could take a "same day" appointment. David answered the phone and was very polite and inviting. He recognized my employers name on his caller ID and offered me a referal discount before I got a chance to ask for it. Once I made it to the shop, I found it was air conditioned (almost too cold for me) and there were magazines and several waiting areas available, including one gears for children. I found a comfortable couch and an electrical outlet where I could charge my cell phone.The bathroom was actually stocked and clean, which is definately a plus for a lady at a "guys" shop, stranded for hours, LOL.I think the wait was reasonable considering the parts to fix my car (KIA-wheel bearings...just incase any one else is having the same problem) needed to be delivered. David reviwed my charges before and after the service was completed, to make sure I understood what I was being charged and probably to make sure I was ready to pay up! :) The problem seems to be taken care of, and while reviewing my invoice I didnt see a "discount" but I did find a small overcharge which Mr Duncan gladly approved to have credited. I will definately visit Don Duncan's again if I need to. They are opening a new location which may actually be more convienent because I dont like going downtown.

Provided by YP.comHad my air conditioner fixed and they did a great job without costing me a fortune. Since they had done such a good job I went ahead and had my old worn tires replaced. This is a place with great service and value.
