Wish I could leave a 0 COMPLETELY inconsiderate and will be calling the labor board..customer service is horrible...

Dixie Electric is simply THE WORST! I used Alabama Power when I first moved to AL and never had issues. We are forced to use Dixie in our area or I would change in a heartbeat! Such a shame. They do not have good customer service or care about their customers in general. Very disappointing!

This is the absolutely worst electricity service providers. The service is too high and they take hours to respond to power outages. I would love to get service from Alabama power but the location of my house only services Dixie electric.

I wish I could pick who I want to have my service w it would be alabama power over them anyday. I hate how they run there company!!!!!! The worst!!!!!!!!

2 Slow when power is out

You people are inconsiderate. You don't care about your customers. I guess that's because no one else services that areas you do so don't have to worry about losing customers. You will soon have a lawsuit pending!

I was trying to get a ball park fingure on a deposit. I recomend you put more in your listing beside name, address, and phone number.
