Several jobs done GREAT! The last job cost me a bunch of money and made my situation worse. The issue got resolved, but I hate I can't use them again. Until they take the focus off of replacing everything in your house, they will never be most people go to company. Money is hard to come by, people want their stuff repaired NOT replaced.

Service was prompt and efficient. All techs were very courteous and handled additional problems quickly.

Phillip came out and installed a new Rheem A/C for the downstairs in my home. He was very professional in the way that he conducted business. He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. He told me how long the installation would take and he nailed it. I would recommend Phillip and Dixie Electric to those needing some A/C work done.

Josh solved an ongoing problem when other solutions did not work. I feel that he was committed to fixing the problem for us. He did. The attic fans are still working. No more repeat visits every few days. Problem solved

Technicians Cliff Compton and Josh Overby were very thorough and prompt. They worked very hard and explained everything that they were doing.They were very friendly and helpful. They were very careful when entering or exiting the house, so as not to damage anything. They cleaned up after themselves, so there was no need to clean up they had left.
