Please spare yourself the energy and don't ever go here. The people who work at David's Bridal generally don't seem to know what they are selling and will say anything so that they don't have to help you. I called to see if they have a dress for a wedding I am in and they said that they did. I got there and it took 25 mins to speak to anyone willing to talk to me. Then they said they didn't have the dress I needed to try on. Grrrr.

My daughter and I went into the store on a Sunday afternoon to look for a plain black dress for prom. We were never greeted at the door, we wandered around the store for atleast 45 minutes and nobody ever offered to help us. We went into a dressing room and decided on 1 of 3 dresses. We went to the front of the store and had to wait 15 more minutes before we found anyone that would check us out. All of the employees were busy trying on bridesmaid dresses and wedding gowns. When I asked about the $20 off on the dress we purchased, the lady told me that I wasn't eligible for the discount. I paid for the purchase and walked out.....never a thank you or come again. I will NEVER go back in this store again. I called today to speak with the manager, and to my surprise, nobody would answer the phone. What a way to run a business!!!
