I purchased a used baby grand piano from Culp for my fiancé as Christmas gift. This was Dec 2013. The price included taxes, delivery and set up and someone to tune it. Everything went smoothly and she was pleased with it. I called Culp back to set a date for the tuner to come out. I was told the weather was too cold and to wait till it got warmer, then I was told it was too wet. Finally they stopped returning my calls. Long story short another Christmas has come and gone and there is still no response and no tuner. I bought from Ms. Culp because she has been been in business in Montgomery for decades. I am appalled that my fiancé has NEVER been able to play her gorgeous baby grand. What could have been a pleasant and fulfilling buying experience is nothing now but loathing and regrett. I would not recommend buy a piano from there for firewood, feeling totally ripped off, Robert Combs a dissatisfied one time customer!!!!
