Having worked in the property management business for years, I became acquainted with ColorClean and their employees. I have used them for most of those years and must say that I have seen them perform miracles on carpets you wouldn't believe could be cleaned. They have saved me a lot of money by not having to replace carpets, and saved me headaches by coming out in the middle of the night to take care of water leaked into carpets from plumbing or water heater malfunctions.

Everyone I come into contact with in this company has always been very pleasant and accommodating. I will continue to use them as long as they continue to give the excellent customer service they have gotten me accustomed to receiving from them.

The "office manager" of this company called My wife on her cell phone and was rude to her and gave false information about her location. Then when My Wife got home ,I called the number back and asked for her location and again got false information. She told My Wife that she was in Selma, Alabama at 1 Burbank Drive Then when I called, She said she was in Troy,Alabama. When my wife called her it was because she had received an anonymous call and wanted to find out who had called. This woman insisted that this company had cleaned her carpets even when my wife told her she hadn't. When my wife asked who the woman had been calling, she told my wife she was rude to her. With people like this making your sales calls, you will surely go out of business very quickly. As for me and my wife, you lost a prospective customer and anybody we may have recommended you to.
