I had my child enrolled here for not even 2 weeks before I withdrew her. The first time I came and looked at the facility I wasn't very happy or satisfied, but I gave it a chance and enrolled her. Yesterday (Sunday may 1, 2016) she told me that her teacher pulled her hair and grabbed her arm and hurt her and I immediately withdrew her today. Her very first day there they only changed her pull up one time and when I picked her up her pull up was full. I will never take her to another daycare like that ever again.

I took my children to Bo Peep in 2011 after deciding to go back to work after being a stay at home mom. Within a month of being with the center, my youngest was speaking coherent sentences (he was 2 and a half at the time). Both my children adore the teachers and are always eager to go every day. The care and attention the children receive and the process in getting them ready for school show the owner and director's absolute love for children. I have recommended Bo Peep to all my friends with children and will continue to do so!!

My children started going to Bo Peep less than a month ago & I am already pulling them out & looking for a new one. My one year old would cry hysterically every time I would drop her off AND pick her up. She frequently came home with stains on her outfits & I'd send a clean bib every day. On about her 3rd day, we got home & I smelled poop. I checked her diaper, but it was clean, so I checked her bottom. They had not wiped her properly. At all. My husband talked to the director about those two specific things the next morning & she assured us that she would take care of it.

Well, today I sent 3 jars of food & a jar of juice; as they were for her 2 snacks & lunch. She came back with 2 jars of food & the jar of juice. When she was picked up today, she didn't have any pants on. They said she had wet them. There was a change of clothes in her diaper bag. When I took off her wet pants & stood her up, her diaper fell off. I noticed a little something in her diaper, so I checked her bottom & this time was worse than the last.

I read these reviews before sending my kids there. Now, I regret not taking the advice given. Please believe me when I say that my children will never return to that daycare.
