Most reasonable and able vet around

They are very kind and patient on the phone and in person. The staff and the vet were always more than remarkable, knowledgeable, and affordable. When our dog passed away of cancer they were very understanding and even sent a card to us. The last time I came here with my two children. They had a nice time playing with a toy vet set they brought out. They have animals there at the clinic that my children and I enjoyed seeing. We will really miss this vet as we recently moved out of state.

My husband has used this vet for years and they have treated him well. I, on the other hand, have been demeaned, embarrassed, and outraged by the office manager. When we took a longtime pet to be put to sleep Elizabeth was sarcastic and ugly to me-on a very difficult day for my husband and myself. We recently received a card to bring in one our other dogs for his rabies vaccine. He was put to sleep at THAT clinic and they had him cremated for us. This particular dog was extremely difficult for my husband to lose. He might take his ashes to them so the rabies shot can be given. Sure can't take any chances I guess. Needless to say, I will take all of our animals in the future to my vets-Drs Cavanaugh and Bradley. They have been nothing but caring and compassionate to me, including the office staff!! They also make house calls when necessary. Absolutely awesome!!

I just had to transfer my dog's records from Blue Ridge and am heart-broken. I was trying to find time to drive her three hours from my new home to see them. That should tell you how I feel about the practice. I can't say enough about the kind, caring and genuinely concerned staff and doctors. I was referred to them by someone who had a pet with a devastating, and ultimately fatal, illness. My pup is healthy and happy. Apparently, regardless of the situation, you get the same level of care. I (I guess obviously) highly recommend them.

Our local vet clinic is clean, well-staffed with friendly humans and a number of healthy cats of various ages. They are very reasonably priced and thorough without being pushy for tests and other services they offer. I know when my cats are there that they are in good hands, and know that several neighbors take their dogs (large & small) here for their medical care, feeling the same way that I do. So many people doctors seem to either have good medicine skills or good people skills, but rarely have both. This clinic exhibits the best of both. A+
