Doug pointed out hail damage during the home inspection which resulted in me getting a brand new roof roof. He also pointed out several items that I was able to ask the seller to correct.

I was very disappointed in this service. A complete waste of money. They did not point out illegal fireplace and stairs, and they reported illegal water heaters, when they were just fine. (they couldn't find the overflow drain)..

I found Doug with ASI to be incredibly professional and thorough. The report gave me all the information I was looking for regarding the condition of my new home. ASI���s discovery of the disconnected heating vent in my attic probably saved me from getting sick or worse from carbon monoxide poisoning. The FLIR infrared scan was amazing! It revealed a hidden roof leak that was easily corrected before any damage had occurred. ASI also gave me some energy saving tips to avoid heat loss. I highly recommend ASI to anyone who wants a thorough, hi-tech home inspection.
