My experience at All About Weddings was great up until my last two fittings. I brought a discounted dress that had some lose beads; however, before buying, I asked would they look over the dress and make the necessary amendments and the reply was yes. I was charged for going over the dress and correcting loose beading, which I did not have a problem with. The problem is that they did not take ample time to go over the dress. On two separate occasions, I went in and had to point out lose areas. The owners reply was about wear and tear from trying it on. The last time I came in, I found areas and pointed them out. She made no attempt to help find areas, instead she gave me pins to mark my own dress, which I had already paid her for!!! I was astounded at such an act. It took all of ten minutes to go back through my dress with the pins to locate lose beading and fabric. Overall, I am happy with my dress because she did the work, but the last experience ruined it for me. I will never return and I will not refer anyone. She made it very apparent that my dress had been tried on and was not in a "new" condition. I knew that all along, but that gave her no right to treat me the way she did. If I had known I would be treated in such a way, I would have never purchased the dress.

I only went here and tried on dresses, but the ladies are VERY nice and helpful. They told me all the details about the different dress sections (prices, what's on sale, where different sizes are, etc.) when I first walked in the door. She helped me into every dress, and I tried on 10. At least 7 of them being lace up, and she laced every single one of them. She was just very nice and helped me with everything I needed. The only reason I gave them 4 stars because I didn't purchase anything, so I don't know how their service is.
