I have called for two plus weeks (over 4 times) to request a replacement for my garbage can. Have been promised that they would be out shortly, next Friday and this past Friday, to replace. As of this date (April 5, 2015) I have not seen or heard from this company as to when my can will be replaced. Not much meaning to their message on their lenghty recording introduction.
