Service was timely, called one day and they arrived the next. They knew exactly where to look for the clean out trap, and they gave me an idea of how well my system is working. The work was quick, concise, and gave advice as to how to keep the system working well. These people know what they are doing and do it well. The price was reasonable and they did not try to sell me on anything the system doesn't need. I would recommend their service to anyone.

then I read up on these guys - a lot of happy customers so gave em a call, right friendly folk showed up next morning
by the time I moved my car he found tank lid in minutes minimal digging .... could tell it had never been flushed since built in 85 rather thick, cranked up the agitator and churned it up... take advice walk way away when he does this* smells real pretty* lol
tank flushed and clean good inch of bacteria left said it was healthy, I add a half a cup of RID X every few months
job was done in 30 min or so, very friendly good people good price.
they beat every other tank service hands down !

Wonderful folks! After having 2 companies be no-shows, I called this company. In addition to needing our septic tank pumped, we had a water line leak. He recommended someone to fix the water line, coordinated with them to be there to dig and find our septic tank, made an extra trip back when the septic tank was uncovered, and still only charged me the price he originally quoted!!! A very reasonable price!!! Also, they stirred the sludge from the bottom before pumping, which I understand many companies do not do...so our tank had a much better cleaning than others would have done. Good, honest people...would recommend them to anyone!!!

Highly recommend them, called me back the same day, scheduled for the next day, they ran into a problem and couldn't make it that day, but called and rescheduled for the next morning, were here when they said they would be, very professional, and polite.

Wonderful people that get the job done. I know of no other company that truly drains and cleans the septic tank like he does.

......... I called them the first time 8 months ago to a different rental property. I had had that tank pumped multiple times by a local service, but it had never been cleaned out. These guys actually use a machine to stir up the muck and mix it with water. Then they pump it out. The result is a clean tank.

Action Masters arrived a few hous after my call. They where focused on the job to be done and completed the task in a timely manner. They were friendly and informitive on the care of my septic system, with reasonable rates. I highly recommend them and will call them the next time I need their services. Good job guys!
