I wouldn't recommend them to my dog. We had incompetent doctors forced on us and had to disenroll our family member because their life was being put in danger. They have no business running an HMO and have enforcements against them on both state and federal levels!

Terrible customer service! Our daughter REALLY got sick (needed brain surgery) and we got to see how stingy they and Angeles IPA are, we were even LIED to about her diagnosis (we have witnesses)! We had to take her off their HMO to get decent care for her or she could've died! They've been written up by Calif Dept of Managed Care, look at the enforcement actions on the webpage! They should be shut down!

This has got to be the worst healthplan in existance!!! They say they provide transportation but only on their terms. To top it off they act like its in their own personal vehicle your using... Thanks but no thanks with their attitudes, I said I wanted to go to the Doctors not JAIL.

good luck with this company, in LA. They have a team of doctors who denies your meds as they don't know your medical history!! As they should know after taking you (forcibly) off medi-ca--l and ALL the doctors u have been seeing for multiple yrs who have subscribed for you your medications based on tests and otc meds. If you have a major illness and need surgery or hospital care, better be prepared, you'll wait months as you need to see your primary care even if you have to wait months for an appt. extremely disappointed in this HMO, going to change as soon as possible.
