I came in to check the size of the truck and even though there was none available, the lady working there helped me out and allowed me to see ones that were already reserved. I need a truck quickly (in a span of two days) and the lady adviced me to order online. She was amazing, she got a truck ready for me the very next day after I had ordered online that night! Better yet, when I had an emergency, the same lady answered my called and helped me out. She saved me a lot of money and advices me that ordering a Penske truck online is much cheaper than ordering directly from their store. Very helpful and modest woman!
