This company not only failed to refund me but have the worst customer service. I sent my poorly printed products to be refunded which THEY have advised and i have not got my refund back. Conversation grew to name calling and although thought to be handled in proper hands of the manager, I was wrong.

I should have read Yahoo reviews

I would suggest that you remove your post - I have your foul mouthed emails that started the problem - and yes your refund was posted. 08/08 01:51PMJosie: per request, $49.99 refund to customer's credit card. Transaction# 3786253870. Also remove did you remove the picture of the bus.card from your Facebook account that you claimed were so great??

The customer support person Terri is a joke. Do not order from this company! Horrible customer service and their printing quality is by far the worst in the printing industry.
They will put your job on pending for no reason and if you do not want your job to delay, do not order from them. They never answer any phone call or email so you pretty much getting no support at all. Rue and disrespectful for their long time customer. Find another vendor or your job will be screw up by them.

I have been a customer of GR P...

I have been a customer of GR Print for a few years now. I order business cards and flyers for myself and my customers alike. I have been mostly happy but last week their customer service department really let me down.

I ordered poly frost business cards (translucent plastic) that was to have white sections as well as transparent sections. The .tif file I sent over clearly had both white areas and transparent sections. Nowhere on their site does it specifically say that white would not be printed. This ended up completely ruining the cards and not displaying my company logo and left the QR code I had embedded without a white background. The cards are useless.

When I called and emailed customer service I was pointed to some vague sentences about cmyk. However nowhere did it say anything about poly frost cards not having white printed on them. Apparently if I had done just one shade off of white then the art I'm missing would have been printed.

Terri in customer service refused to re-print the cards with the missing art and also refused to issue a refund. These business cards are useless as is their customer service. Stay away from GR Print and find a printer that will work with you, or at least supply proper disclosures for file setup on their website.

GR Print has just lost a $100 to $500 per year customer, and earned a bunch of bad reviews over a single $42 order.

Horrible....

Their wholesale prices may be enticing but.... Their turn around time and printing issues far outweigh any money saved using them. Their customer service is... Well customer non-service. They will not be in business long because they don't care about their customers. Don't use them!!! They cost me 2 clients for their negligence and faulty printing system. Do not use!!

I’ve used GR Print several t...

I’ve used GR Print several times for print jobs. I’ve been happy with their quality of work, but it always seemed like it took longer for them to complete jobs than the 1-3 day print time they claim on their website. I never looked into it until this week. Eight days ago I submitted an order for postcards I needed for an event that had a hard deadline. With the 1-3 day print time and 3 day ship time I had two days of wiggle room. When the postcards did not show up on day 8 (they should have arrived between days 4 and 6), I called the company to find out what was going on. I called the company and received an automated answering machine. It had four options for their different departments: 1 – sales; 2 – customer service; 3 – technical support; and 4 – accounting. I pressed 2. I was sent to someone’s voicemail so I left a message asking them to call back as soon as they could. A few hours go by and I don’t hear from anyone.

I called back. Still no answer. After calling back 8 times and pressing all four options I finally reached James. He informed me that the printing took 5 days instead of the 1-3 days stated on their website. He assured me that the postcards were on their way and scheduled to be delivered that day (which was my deadline). I asked if they would be willing to give a refund since they took two days longer and it looked like I was going to miss the deadline, which meant that I would miss out advertising my business to 2000 people in my target audience. The refund was for $166 – not much compared to how much business I was going to miss out on. James said he would talk to his manager and call me back in 20 minutes. Two hours pass and still no word from James, also still no postcards. I call back. After calling 8 more times (I called a total of 16 times in 1 day, and tried every single extension just to receive a voicemail at each one), I finally got a hold of James again. I asked him about the discount. He said they would not give me anything and it was not their fault. I asked how it could not be their fault when it took them 2 extra days to print. He couldn’t explain it and I asked him to again ask his manager about a full or partial refund. He put me on hold. I waited and waited. After 15 minutes he got back on the phone and said they would be willing to refund me 20%. Wow, a whopping 20% for missing their deadline and causing me to miss out on lots of potential business. I asked to speak to his manager. After being on hold for another 15 minutes – I waited for a total of 30 minutes, Paul, the owner, got on the phone. I politely explained my situation, or tried to, and he interrupted me before I could finish. He said that it was not their fault that I missed the deadline. I asked him how it wasn’t their fault when they shipped two days late. He said that’s the way their business goes and there is nothing he can do about it. He was extremely rude and condescending. All he had to do to keep my business was offer an apology. He didn’t even have to refund the full amount – a simple apology or even credit towards my account would have been appreciated. It also would have kept me from bringing my business elsewhere. He would not hear me out and made me feel like his customers do not matter. I would never recommend anyone do business with GR Print or Paul. Clearly he does not put customers first.

After this experience I went back and realized that every job I had submitted to GR Print was printed beyond the 1-3 day print time as stated on their website.

I don’t know how they’re still in business and I highly discourage anyone from working with them.
