My pharmacy was having an issue & needed a pre-authorization on the medication that was prescribed to me, so they faxed over the proper info to my dermatologist. I waited a few days no response. At first I thought maybe it is the pharmacy who is dragging their feet, I went to speak with them to inquire how long it may take to hear something, they explained I should call the Md office to see if this could be expedited. I called several times spoke with several persons there and each time they stated we have not received anything from the pharmacy, no fax no call, nothing. the famous line was well im not@ the office you were seen in so I will check to see if the other office has the information. I again went back to the pharmacy and the pharmacist showed me at least 6 fax confirmations of the fax the dermatologist office "never" received. Now I am going into the 2nd month of trying to get this prescription filled, I finally received a letter from my insurance denying the prescription and giving a list of other medications that would be approved. Which is fine I am a very reasonable person I can accept that. The issue I am having is I NEVER got a return call from anyone at this office. I was told we will call you back the nurse will call you not once was a call placed to my home or my cell. However they do make sure they send me the bill..because they do want money from me. and the prescription I need... doesnt matter as long as they get paid for services I am not happy with, nor am I content with. I attempted to call today 2months after I originally had my visit there and expected to have a decent conversation with whom ever could help me to attempt to resolve this situation by requesting another prescription, one which would be approved by the insurance, instead I spoke with someone who was extremely rude did not care one bit about anything I was saying she was interrupting everything I was trying to say as if she knew exactly what I was going to say. She kept saying whats your number whats your number ill have someone call you back whats your number. When I asked her what number she had in my file she kept repeating whats your number only now she was getting angry. I again said calmly what number do you have in my file apparently she was too lazy to look im my file, each time she asked me for my number I simply said the numbers you have in my file are the numbers I can be reached at. She was not having that, she refused to look at the numbers in my file. Something SO simple and yet it was as if she wanted to provoke me into an argument. I had to repeat myself several times, explaining to this incompetent person that I was not done speaking she should let me finish speaking and maybe just maybe we could have resolved this issue. I even asked to speak with someone else and she refused telling me that there was no one else there in the office with her. I find that hard to believe its a week day and I called at 11am how is there no one else but this person? Usually when there is a productive conversation each person takes turns speaking Well not here at this office they would like you to shut up stop bothering them with what ever concerns you may have let them tell you how its going to be... oh and they want to make sure you pay them their money, and of course I am a responsible individual who will unfortunately still pay the bill. So If you would like your dermatologist to have staff who will NOT relay any messages will NOT return your calls will NOT check into the prescriptions they have provided and who will, on top of all the inconvenience you have gone through speak to you in such a rude manor LOOK NO FURTHER please call 909-621-5005 and make an appointment today!!

It is unfortunate this has occurred I enjoyed the Dermatologist, but their staff is unbearable. I have referred several people to this office.NEVER AGAIN
