Realtor Andy Nguyen with T & A Realty lies about real estate transactions. We bought a single family house in Ontario. At the close of escrow, he was supposed to give seller's repair money to buyer, but he kept it. When we called him, he gave different excuses such as he was out of town, busy, had open house, etc. When we told him that we would meet him at his office to get our money in person, he yelled at us and hanged up the phone. He was rude and ripped people off. Please do not be a victim and take your business elsewhere.
