I got a plant from orchids.com and it was in flower. It was perfectly fine when it arrived with all three flowers on without damaged. The person I called was very polite and sincere. I have also got to go to their greenhouse, they have very nice orchids and I would definitely continue to get orchids from Norman's orchids (orchids.com)

I would recommend to go to their greenhouse because you pick out the plants, you can see if it's sick or not.
