I had a safety recall notice on my Accord and brought it in to be fixed. Joseph King provided great service; it was early in the morning and he was very helpful and friendly!

They don't respect time,really I was disappointed.You need a lot of work to stay as a service provider for Honda .

recently bought a 2014 Honda Pilot from Metro Honda and are very pleased with it. Gregorio Trujillo was and has continued to be very helpful. We feel we got a good deal and would recommend metro Honda if you're looking to buy a new or used Honda!

I took my car in for service last week and Joseph King was the one to take care of me. He looked to see if my car needed a service that I thought it might need. Using the Costco buying program we were hooked up with Metro Honda's sales rep KD Sanders. The buying process went very smooth. After the sale we had a couple of concerns and KD went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.

It was my 1st time at this Metro Honda and Sandy Ireland was the service advisor that I worked with. She is very thorough and straight to the point. She was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning and she does have great soft skills that make you feel like your problems are in real good hands, Other staff were also very nice, attentive, and hard working (except one man who was wearing a blue shirt-don't know his name but he's the one who did the check-out process for me.). But my overall experience with Sandy and Metro Honda was excellent. Lina

I was really pleased with the work of the Metro service rep, Steven Olsen, when I had to have a strut replaced on the suspension of my Civic. He did an outstanding job and made sure I received a very fair deal.
