Everyone went above and beyond to make a 55th wedding anniversary gift happen within 2 days time — numerous other stores said it was impossible— a big THANK YOU is in order — can’t wait to pick up moms special gift tomorrow for my dad— I will always recommend this store to everyone I know and will continue to shop there as well as I will be forever grateful to Kevin’s!!!!!!!

I will not buy another piece of jewelry form this store as a matter of fact I will NEVER buy anything from another Kevin Jewelers. I think the sales rep at this particular location are just there to sell you things and they are not reputable sales people.



My wedding set was purchased from this location with the help of Marilyn. When my boyfriend at the time went to go back to pick up the wedding set after having it sized Nasrin knowing that he originally wanted a set the had 1 band on each side of the ring showed him a band that she said matched the wedding set he was there to pick up. He purchased that band upon her suggestion that this band matched the set and now when he gives it to me to have it sized, I see that it does not match the set.



The set I currently have is no longer being made, so the clerks are now suggesting that I get it custom made to match and at my expense. I do not agree with that, because I feel the sales rep knew the band did not match and just sold him the band to make the sale. So I think that Kevin Jewelers should split the cost of getting the matching band, because the sales rep should have ordered the matching one or offered him the option of having it custom made instead of selling him a band that does not match. More over my set has a band with 8 stones, the band that was purchased has 10 stones...really!!!



I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM THESE PEOPLE & I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE EITHER, please take your business to people that want to develop long term relationships with you and not people who just want to make a sale!!!

If you need anything, just go see Marilyn and her staff and they will give you the best customer service and advice.

I had a collection of jewelry which needed to be repaired. My collection included 3 necklaces, my aunt's 2 bracelets and a pearl necklace and several of my uncles rings to be resized. The repairs were done in less than a week; the workmanship was exceptional and also very reasonable. Everyone was pleased with their items. The lovely salesman who assisted me was patient and informative. This is my new jeweler.

Kevin Jewelers, created a beautiful platinum engagement ring for me last year. I had a design in mind and simply gave them a picture from the Internet. They created a model for me and spent many hours making it perfect. This year they made me a custom wedding band to match it. You will be a satisfied customer. Absolutely recommend.

I was searching for a jewelry store that could help me design a cross necklace with 2 hearts touching, one with my birth stone, amethyst & one with my aunt's birth stone which is peridot. I also needed to work within a $300 budget and I needed it within 3 weeks. When I asked Kevin Jewelers Store about my request, they said, "Oh, that's easy"! And, it truly was....for me! They were very meticulous and were on top of every stage of my request...from getting beautifully colored and shaped stones to having the stones set on the cross. She also kept me informed of the progress. When I picked the cross up on Saturday, it was far more beautiful than I imagined! I am so excited to be able to give such a beautiful cross to my aunt, who has always been like a Mom to me, at her 80th surprise birthday party! Thank you!!
