After 6 weeks having our trailer service that called that is was ready for pickup but when we got there the didn't fix it and this was the manager that told us it was ready.

Spent alot of time before deciding on a coach and company to purchase from. All appearances seemed very professional, but after signing the purchase order everything changed. They came back to me requesting double the amount down and offered no plan B. I was expecting maybe a liitle give from them on the price or maybe reworking the deal into another coach that may have fit our intial perameters...but nothing. I never heard back from the salesman or anyone to find another way.
Needless to say, I had to make several calls to get my deposit back which was completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend them, there are may other companies to chose from in the Inland Empire. In today's economy you want to do business with people who are honest and professional throughout the entire transaction .no mater what the out come.

What was supposed to be a one week repair turned out being 2 months long.. I brought in my 5th wheel trailer to have one of the landing gear legs replaced. Naturally they told me to bring it in ASAP it took about a month and a half before they even started on it.. I never received a call to let me know how long it will take. Upon dropping off the rig with out the use of on leg I required assistance from there fork lift operator who drops the trailer and damages the side wall of the coach. They refused to fix the damage because they said I was watching the operator and should have told him where to properly place the forks. (like I should know) very poor customer service seeing that I had almost 1200$ of work done. All in all the landing gear leg came out good. I Will go some where else for work next time...
