There currently are two Adult Protective Services for abuse complaints filed with the District Attorney against Briarwood Manor. It looks OK from the outside, and they will treat you well when you apply, but once you are in the reality of poor management, criminal behavior, and lack of safety measures becomes the reality. They need new managment, if now new owners in the building.

Two weeks ago there was an assualt and battery and a disbaled woman was thrown out of her wheel chair by the resident BULLY. He screams and hollars and is allowed to do so, but because he is a friend of the owner he is not evicted. There are two abuse reports to the District Attorney, and maybe that will get him out. Now what to do with the manager who allows this sort of thing to go on and does her own screaming and yelling...
