We were happy with the work Carnes did. The work was worth the wait. We will use them again in the future.

This firm has had our plans for a small project for two months and has given us nothing but the price to complete the engineering. I have had to call them multiple times to try and get an update. With the last three weeks saying that they would have it completed by that week. I have in turn informed our customer of these updates and turned out to look like a liar to our customer. Fully disappointed in their customer service and hospitality. The majority of the time the office help has had an attitude when I call and seems put out that I am bothering them. So hard to find good customer service.... I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
