Horrible service, people here contradict themselves and expect you to know their policies because according to them "its common scene" and if you don't know their policies, o well they'll charge you a fee anyways. And they really don't care about their customers because most of us that have to use them as a provider don't have a choice to use them. We are stuck with them whether we like their service or not. Monopoly?

Monopoly? So i call to dispute a fee and the rep I talk to tells you he cant authorize to credit my account but his manager can. That sounds great, right? So he transfers me to his manager, and i explain my dispute for like 5min, which in all honesty and fairness I really think it was a honest mix up and miscommunication between UMC and the property I reside at. But according to the Office Manager, their policy states they can not help or waive any fees. So then it hits me, if you cant help why was I transfered to you?
