Jill and the staff are great. Whenever we've needed a special order she's always found a way for us to get it. We regularly order cat food from her because other stores don't often carry the amount we need. We also prefer stores where the customer and pets are most important, not corporate profits. There are often several kittens for adoption there and she's easy to work with for a hassle-free adoption (we got two of our cats from her). She works closely with our local vet too so it's easy to coordinate any special needs we might have.
