I am so glad to have found Chuck Webb. A big named company was originally here to service my dryer. It needed two drum support rollers replaced. The big named serviceman told me it would be $248 which seemed insane so I had him leave and eventually found Chuck Webb. He was upfront about the flat very reasonable rate right on the phone. I asked if there was also an hourly rate added like others charge and he said no, whether he's there five minutes or an hour and five minutes, it's the flat rate period. Score!

Add to that he was able to come the following day after he finished other service calls. Add to that he promptly replaced the drum support rollers and put up with all my questions very graciously. Add to that, I'd asked him to bring new flex pipe to replace the old one. What he didn't know was the hassle it would be because of how it's run through the bulk head. I felt bad what he had to go through but he did it with no qualms. Then, because my heavy machines were not where they were supposed to be yet, he started moving them to hook things up to put them where they go. I told him my husband and I could do all that because he'd already been here nearly an hour and a half. But he was compelled to "finish the job" even though he wasn't hired to install anything I was so blessed and impressed for his going several extra miles - all for that flat rate. He says he's been doing this 35 years and it shows. Very happy to have a truly reliable appliance service to call now when necessary.

This is a stand up company. I called them to discuss the issues I was having with my oven. They were able to answer my preliminary questions. They were able to make the service call the very same day. With no problem, they were able to fix my oven within a few minutes. They are reasonably priced with kind and courteous technicians. I would highly recommend this company for all of your appliance repair needs. Thank you!
