My visit to Pool City in Monroeville was a learning experience and I was quite pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of store manager Arnold Havkin he explained every question in great detail and really took the time with me in my purchase of a new swimming pool.
Great product and great manager!

I have been a customer of pool city for many many years I bought four pools from them and a hot tub. I am rather disappointed that my hot tub has broken down eight times as far as the motor and three times as far as the heater. it was ficed through the warranty several times. then I paid to have it fixed after the warranty expired and five years later I am still trying to get this lemon of a hot tub fixed. pool city has now let me know they don't stand behind the products that they sell but instead direct you to the manufacturer. if you want a product that is backed up by not only the manufacturer but the place that sells it don't go to pool city. I am amazed at how much people are willing to take your money and then once you purchase something will not guarantee the product.

I am very disappointed in pool city. over the years I have purchased 3 swimming pools and a hot tub. the hot tub was a lemon from the very beginning. but they assured me at pool city that under the warranty they would get it fixed and it would no longer be a lemon. I had my hot tub fixed under warranty several times once the warranty expired I paid for it again to get fixed. I have had enough of this nonsense with this hot tub and approached them to please get this hot tub fixed they directed me to go to the manufacturer the manufacturer direct to me go back to pool city it is a game of pass the buck. I paid cash for my hot tub they were quick to take my money but are dragging their feet to help me when backing a product that they sell. I am not asking for something for free but I am asking for something that I purchased to work. I am so disappointed in pool city and will never buy anything from them again.

After speaking with John V. and after many many questions were answered, we decided that we were done shopping around. We placed our order for our new pool with the utmost confidence in the product and service, this is the place to go, John is the man to see!

I have to admit, I believe I drove the salesman crazy. I had a million questions and phone calls, along with 2 visits to the store and he was a saint. John V. was so patient with me. Took his time and explained everything to me. So personable and polite. I had gone to 2 other pool places and one was almost 1,000.00 more when it came time to ring me up. Not what I was quoted on paper a few days before and the other was 500.00 more. So Pool City price was the lowest for the same amount and even better product and John is a VERY patent man!
