Karen did electrolysis on my eyebrows and made them completely uneven. I have been to several others for my eyebrows and she is by far the worst. She damaged my skin, which lasted months to completely heal. She must have had the heat too high or just didn't know what she was doing. She may be good with laser hair removal (I dunno, I didn't get laser treatments with her), but do not go to her for electro hair removal!!!

I just concluded my sessions with Karen and I must say that I am very impressed with her services. I was a bit leery about doing laser procedures again, but she convinced me that it was the best and affordable route for my situation. And she was right, the procedure truly helped. She offers very personalized services and keeps a very clean environment. I feel safe and assured of privacy. Karen is also a very sweet person and has a wonderful family. I highly recommend her services and will continue to go to her for periodic treatments!

I have been to Karen Buff for many treatments. I have had great success with hair removal on my face, bikini line and am now having her do my underarms. I occasionally had ingrown hairs around my chin that would cause breakouts and sometimes leave little scars from being so deep. I am now free of those unsightly hairs and excited not to have to deal with that problem anymore! Karen has a really nice laser room that has easy access and is very clean. She is a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend her to anybody who wants to be smooth and free of hair in unwanted areas!
