I can't say enough good things about Shane at Kuehn's. I left a message around 4pm on Saturday 2/3/18 after another company failed to show despite several calls to them and promises that someone would be out. Shane called me back within a few minutes. He said he was tied up for the next little while, but offered to help me diagnose and fix the issue myself over the phone, and asked that I call him back if it didnt work. I did get it running, and Shane called me back later in the evening to check up on me. He told me I would likely still need to have parts replaced, and scheduled to come out Monday morning. He also told me to call him if I had any other issues. I did call him on Sunday morning and told him that my furnace had crapped out again. He said he was afraid that would happen, and that he had taken the parts I would need with him while he was on other jobs- just in case I called. He spent an hour at my house replacing various parts and diagnosing a significant issue that another company ignored during service calls each of the past 2 years. I have decided to replace my furnace despite it being only 15 years old, and Shane will be doing the work. The replacement could have been avoided had the other company been more competent at any point over previous 2 service calls. Regardless, I can't say enough good things about Shane. Just an honestly good guy, extremely helpful, responsive, and fairly priced. He will be my first call for any future issues, and the only reference I would give to friends and family.

My AC wouldn't work, and I called one of the big-name HVAC companies that advertises a lot on the radio. They arrived quickly, and found a 'major' problem. Their solution would cost about $8,000 but they could get started the next day if I agreed right then. Fortunately, I got a referral to Keuhn's from a friend, and got a second opinion. I didn't tell them what the first company suggested, and Keuhn's suggested a much more practical repair for 15% of the price. Two years later, still working fine. Its nice to find a contractor to trust, who doesn't make you feel like they are just trying to see how big of a bill you will tolerate.
