We had a neighbors tree fall on our house. They did a great job in tree removal and fit us in when they were very busy. Great service and honesty.

I sought many estimates for about two years while saving money to have trees removed. I wanted to remove two very large red oak trees and one giant maple right in front of my house I selected Jungle Jim based on a referral and on price. Jim's secretary called me back very quickly, Jim came and gave me an estimate almost $1500.00 lower than other companies. I couldn't get the trees done for almost two years later and guess what they honored the quote they gave me that was almost 2 year old. They came, removed the trees and I added additional trees and they clear them all. CLEANED UP after themselves and was concerned about the neighbors' car and property. I would and will use them to finish one last two as soon as I save some more money.....lol. You won't be disappointed with their service!!

We contacted this company for an estimate over two months ago and decided to give them the job. Since then, Jungle Jims Tree Service put us off, leaving it up to us to call them and ask when they had scheduled the job. In the past week, we have called three times, with their response being, "Oh, I guess it's good that you called. I can't tell you when you'll be on the schedule." Today, we received a voicemail that they could not complete our service because of an "injury of one of the workers." It seemed like they never wanted to take our job in the first place, but why wouldn't they say so? Now we need to go through the whole process of finding another company and put our fence being built on hold. Never, ever should you go to Jungle Jims Tree Service.

I'm not sure why the earlier reviews are bad but I have nothing but praise for jungle Jims tree service. I had 5 - 80 + ft trees that needed cut down. Three were up against my house. The crew were awesome! No damage to my property plus when they were done the clean up was outstanding! They even cut some old stumps close to the ground from years ago for no charge. I highly recommend these guys!!

Terrible customer service. After scheduling a job for Monday on Sunday, Kathy called us after 9pm to cancel the job for the next day citing that they only do jobs over $1000 during the day, they'd have to get to us later in the week and that they had an emergency job that took precedence (My job consisted of an unstable tree that could finish its fall on my shed and fence at any moment). Not only did they fail to call me to reschedule the job within the next 10 days, but since I had already found someone who considered my money and work for them a priority and who would provide the "prompt" service that Jungle Jim's gaurantees, Kathy said "Thanks for telling us. Don't ever call us again" and hung up on me. I won't be calling them ever again, you shouldn't either.

They cut down 1 tree in our neighbor's yard, but did damage to our yard. They said they would be by to fix it and never came. I would not recommend this company who says they will fix something and does not follow through. They should have never caused damage to my yard. We cut down 17 trees in our back yard and did not cause any damage. They cut down 1 tree!!!
