I have been using this merchant for approximately five months now. I spend about $70 a month to launder my husband's shirts and dry clean his pants. Recently, I had a black dress shirt laundered. I have had this same shirt done there in the past and didn't have an issue. This time however the shirt came back covered in fuzz and splotched with white marks which I think were a result of too much starch. I asked the owner to re-do the shirt. He refused stating that it was machine done and the outcome was, what it was. I pay $1.75 per shirt for the laundering of a shirt that he sends out to another laundry facility. I would imagine if he charges $1.75, he must be paying about 50 cents for the same shirt.



His refusal was blatent, there was no attempt at customer service. I told him I would not be back and he still refused to re-do the shirt. Mind you, I was not asking for the value of the shirt ($50), which was unwearable, I was asking that he attempt to re-process it.



I would not recommend this merchant. If he's unwilling to spend about 50 cents to keep a regular customer happy can you imagine what the outcome would be if he ruined a $400 suit or lost a $300 coat. I am taking my business elsewhere.
