Called aged and an employee told us lunchtime on Friday is the best time for a tire change. Arrived at noon and other employees laughed because they said this is their busiest time. Took these morons 45 minutes to even verify tires were in stock. After 2 of them went on an Easter egg hunt, they finally took keys and told us 90 minutes to do the change. After 2 hours the car had not been touched. Others in waiting room were here for over 5 hours for simple tire work. Took 4 hours to get 2 tires changed. When manager say he needs to light a fire under these guys, you should go somewhere else. STAY AWAY!!! Another tire place may be more expensive but totally worth it.

Excellent service ! Came in,for Oil Change,mechanics,took me,right away...my Jeep runs great ! This is the,best,Wal-Mart,one stop shopping,for everything.
