I am a proud owner of a 34-year-old W123 240D Mercedes with over 431,000 miles. I have Goose Creek Automotive to thank for keeping her as a dependable "driver". They have provided me with excellent service for at least 16 years. Yes, I followed them to the new location.

Even though there are tons of other auto shops in the area, I always take the extra time to come here.

I took my BMW for service and it was spectacular now you have officially gain a new client I really liked the service provided thank you.

This place is awesome, professional, amazing value. It's not a looker from the outside, but the customer service is top shelf.

If it can be fixed for less, you can bet that Goose Creek will let you know. Next time you have repairs; call your place first for a quote, then call Goose Creek and report back to me how much more money your place tried to take you for.

I can't say enough about the quality of service and work at Goose Creek Automotive. They spend much more time and thought on diagnosis than my previous shop, who seemed quick to look for a simple fix and new parts. This has been a tricky diagnosis, but they've really researched and figured it out.

For three years after buying another 300D off of ebay, Scott would answer my myriad of questions about my car. I was mostly being a pest asking questions, but not giving them much business, yet the answers kept coming. I was able to put over 80000 miles on a car that only cost me $800, by following most of their suggestions. I probably would have gotten twice that mileage if I had followed ALL the suggestions. After that car finally died (over a year after friends said it should have!,) I bought another 300D from Scott and Chanteau. This car is older, but in great mechanical shape (They wouldn't sell it to me until they had a chance to go through it and make sure it was safe!) They made sure to properly set my expectations that I wasn't buying a "new" car or one in new shape. It's 32 years old, and the AC still works!
