Terrible company! Just absolute rude to their customers!!!! Just another water company trying to get one over on us!

Honestly, the best company when you pay your water bill on time, you treat their customer service department with respect, and when you let their call center know when there is a leak-they respond quickly. When you may be late paying, just let them know you will be a day or two late. It's really simple.

This is the worst water company I have ever dealt with! They are not reliable and send letters saying that the water is almost toxic waste! Someone needs to help ! They are very rude and I hope someone will take over this company

I am new to the area and ignorantly trusting...have been drinking the water that comes out of the tap. Now this company sends a letter stating they haven't done the required testing in the past few months....so we should be aware. They mention possible side effects...damage to kidneys, liver etc. REALLY?????.. Is this even legal?? How do they get away with this???
