I came in with all 4 children needing work done. Yes they always manage to fit me in where i can bring them all in on 1 day and get it knocked out. Michelle and Dr. Wilson have kept my bored anxious children entertained during what could so easily be a scary experience for them, and have kept them well informed every step of the way to make them feel comfortable about what is about to happen. I always really enjoy the fact that I am free to go from child to child, and not confined to one room where you feel like you can't leave. I am only 1 mommy trying to be there and envolved for 4 kiddos, and they always make me feel welcome to go from child to child. That is one of the most important parts of Kool Smiles that makes me come.back. Yea, it took from 1pm-5pm to get everyone done...but they have other patients to tend to as well. No matter how long and dull the day seems, the staff's upbeat personality helps keep you smiling! THANK YOU KOOL SMILES!

Loved it. Dr. Parks. Was great & his nurse. Crystal (critter) were so AMAZING. I WOULD RECOMMEND them to anyone. Can't wait to go back now!

I enjoy kool smiles so very much! Everyone there has a positive attitude as soon as I walk through the door. Right before I get my teeth cleaned they make me comfortable by asking me how I'm doing and etc. I love the place and would say its best for any child/teen.

My children and I love Kool Smiles. The entire staff is great and very professional. They make my children as comfortable as possible by having fun conversations with them as they are getting serviced. Ms. Jessica and Ms. Rebecca were GREAT!

LOVE!!! Been using them for 7 years now all 4 of my kids go at one time and they treat us so amazing the kids love it they give them toys to play with while they wait and talk to them to make them feel comfortable!! I would never go anywhere else!! I would recommend kool smiles in a heartbeat!!!
