This place deserves 0 stars . This was the absolute worse hair place me and my husband has ever been to . Unfortunately I didn't read reviews before I went here because all of the reviews are horrible. These people should be fired . They were so rude they insulted my husband several times while doing his hair . They literally asked him if he ever brushed his hair ... accused him of having lice (which he doesn't) it was dandruff... and implied that he was dumb... my husband said they were so rough with his head that it literally hurt the whole time. Something needs to be done about this place or their workers.

Deserve 0 stars! I went in for a relaxer and a wrap. I was told one price! then when the manager came in, she told the stylist to charge an extra $10 after she had already started on my hair. After sitting under the dryer for almost 2 hours, the stylist combs my hair down, realizes it's still damp, and asks me what do I want her to do. I said you can blow dry it. She said that would be extra, so I went back under the dryer instead. The dryer was cold. By the time it was getting warm, the stylists takes me from under the dryer. She then asks if I want oil sheen on it! Very shockinginly, I said, you done?! Long story short, my hair was still wet and bushy. I just wasted $50 and 4 hours of my life. That manager sucks by the way. I can't wait to speak to her supervisor.

We told the stylist to cut some around the ears, and to take some off the top. She basically cut off all his hair! My 14 year old is mortified!
