Dr. Poudel is a graduate of Tribhuvan University located in Nepal, where he received an MBBS. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Western Reserve Health Education in Youngstown, OH and furthered his education by completing an Endocrinology fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, La.  He is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
