I used the guy who works there for a highlight and trim! He cut off over a foot of my hair:( now I'm going to get extensions. His highlight job was horrible, they're chunky and not blended well at all. He only used bleach and no toner so I have very brassy blonde. He was excessively violent brushing my hair and washing it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Last week, I came in for a Brazilian wax. The lady that delivered the services was incredibly friendly and made it very easy to relax. However, I can honestly admit that I am dissatisfied with the services rendered.



When I walked into the room, I noticed there was just a small sheet of paper in the area that my naked bottom would be lying on. This made me feel that the sheet of paper covering the entire chair is not being changed between customers, which seems unsanitary. I decided to go ahead with the session. The session went on with friendly conversation, which was nice. I was fully exposed to a complete stranger, so there is that to consider when talking about comfort. After the session, I was not offered anything to clean myself up. There was baby powder all over my left leg. I expected some to be left behind, but all over my leg seemed a bit excessive. A moist towelette or sink would have been most appreciated before getting back into my jeans.



When I got home that afternoon, I inspected the job that was done. The left-behind bits of wax, baby powder and redness was expected. When I noticed large patches of hair left behind, I was upset that I just spent $55.00, and had to ask my boyfriend to finish the job. He was able to get a few patches with home waxing strips--luckily we had some lying around. After 4 strips, he was unwilling to go any further. There was so much redness and bits of skin missing, and he did not want inflict pain on me any longer.



Days later, I have spots that look like razor burn and well as random patches of hair. I'm afraid to wax or shave those bits off, so as to not irritate the area any further. I have done a better job myself with Nad's home-waxing kits, but I wanted a professional job done for once. After some research, I chose Headquarters Salon & Spa to be my first experience. I feel like a professional job was not done by the establishment or the technician.



I, personally, would like my money back, or give Headquarters Salon & Spa a chance to make good on the poor job done. Days after sending a discreet e-mail to them about the matter, I have yet to hear any response. I will not be going back.
