I had my swimming pool renovated last summer by Draughn Pools. First of all the timer they put in did not work,I called several times and got no reply,finally after 2 months they came out and replaced it. Also had a Pentair salt system put in and has been nothing but a headache. It keeps reading add salt. I took a water sample down to a local pool dealer and my salt was extremly high,ph and that was all good. Called Draughn Pools numerous times and left messages,no reply. Finally got a hold of them and told him the problem and he said he would get back to me,never heard anything back. By now the warranty is probably up.I paid alot of money for that salt system and does not work right. Would not recomend doing business with these people, they do not stand behind there work.
