Our family-centered approach focuses on the patient, led by an interdisciplinary team, including a medical director, nurses, social workers, non-denominational chaplains, counselors and trained volunteers. Aimed to enhance the quality of life remaining, our care team works to provide expertise in pain and symptom management and to meet the medical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families. Our goal is to provide the greatest possible comfort and care for those who experience one of life's most intimate and challenging moments.
