However, I was very pleasantly surprised to know that there are still companies with employees that know how to treat a customer kindly and professionally. Michael in dispatch did a super job in explaining my options and helping me determine what I wanted. Travis, the driver of the truck was friendly, professional, and did a great job on backing in to my long driveway and distributing the rock where we needed it. I was very pleased with price, quality, and excellent customer service. Would use Century Ready Mix again and highly recommend them. Sharon Pleasants, Monroe LA.
