My husband and I bought and mattress and a Cattnapper dual rocking recliner and the customer service was professional and friendly as well as helpful. I would come back to shop as well as tell family and friends.

We ordered a bedroom suite from Burneys a few months ago, trying to shop locally. As we were filling out the paperwork on the furniture, we were told that we wouldn't receive one bedside table and one chest for 3 weeks because they didn't have them in stock.



Two weeks later, we were informed that the chest was no longer available and the side table would take another 6-12 weeks. We had set up the bedroom furniture and really wanted what we had ordered.



Burneys said they would see if they could find another chest since we had purchased it already and they offered to bring over a temporary chest in the meanwhile. The chest that was delivered was a short 4-drawer chest that would maybe fit a child's wardrobe and it was missing a knob. I was told it was a temporary chest and if I didn't like it, they would just take it back to the store.



About a month later, Burneys finally located the second chest we had paid for and set about having it shipped to the store. We finally received the bedside table but it had a big scratch down the top that Burneys had to repair. And about 1 1/2 months after purchasing the bedroom suite, we finally received everything we had paid for.



Burneys did not tell us that we would have to wait so long to receive the purchased furniture. I had to call them often for updates since they didn't call me to let me know what was going on. They didn't even know they had sold a piece of furniture that was no longer available until well after the fact. This is very disorganized and in poor practice.



I am not happy with the experience we had. I would definitely recommend you shop elsewhere.
