I went in to check out how the book store looked and haven't been in it for years! I bought several books that I easily found and renewed my membership card. The person that waited on me, could not have been nicer and took the time to share all the discounts and where to print them out from on the web. This was my first experience with the "renovated" store and I found the customer service excellent!

Terrible phone customer service. I called to see if this location bought used university books, seeing as this location sells used books. A representative by the name of Holly picked up the phone, and gave her greeting. I proceeded to start asking my question. As soon as I said the word "buy" she to cut me off in mid sentence with a very stern, gruff "NO". I understand she most likely gets this question quite a few times during the day, but being someone who works in a customer service setting myself, i would have been written up by my managers/supervisor for being rude for no reason to the customer. This is a bad customer experience in my opinion, and I don't think i'll be shopping at this location again as long as Holly is "assisting" your customers.
